Summary

Add Aqualinks S1 LoRaWAN water meter device template to the Device Repository.

Changes

• Added Aqualinks S1 device definition.
• Added EU863-870 LoRaWAN profile.
• Added uplink decoder for standard and datalogger payloads.
• Added decoded fields for cumulative flow, water consumption, alarms, battery status and optional temperature.
• Added device image.

• Title and description should be descriptive (Not just a serial number for example).
• profileIDs should not be vendorID and should be a unique value for every profile.
• All devices should be listed in the vendor’s index.yaml file.
• Firmware versions can not be changed.
• At least 1 image per device and should be transparent.

Notes for Reviewers

This pull request adds the Aqualinks S1 device template. The uplink decoder supports both standard uplinks and datalogger payloads, including cumulative flow, water consumption in cubic meters, alarm flags, battery status and optional temperature when available.
