Beta GUI Save Editor and Last version of console app

In this build i just fixed some small issues on code and added a simple GUI for newbies. For now it's just edits inventory stuff but i will improve on the next releases.

First release of Save Decryptor!

It's the first release or we can tell beta version.

Next version i will add data verifiers and will try to fix bug on encryption but except of these issues program works correctly.
