npm run dev and npm start bind port 3000, colliding with the backend and contradicting the docs #30

Description

@EmmanuelOchaje

package.json defines "dev": "next dev" and "start": "next start" with no port, so both listen on 3000. The README says the app runs on http://localhost:3001, the Dockerfile EXPOSEs 3001, docker-compose.yml maps 3001:3001, and NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL defaults to http://localhost:3001 in src/app/layout.tsx and src/app/sitemap.ts. The backend also defaults to 3000 (NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL), so running both locally makes one of them fail to start or shift ports.

Suggested fix: Use next dev -p 3001 and next start -p 3001 (or read PORT), so the scripts match the documented port.

Acceptance: npm run dev serves on 3001 while the backend runs on 3000; the Docker port mapping actually reaches the app.
