Electron v44 is planned to have a breaking changes towards Clipboard API that brings it closer to DOM equivalent. This drops possibly outdated workarounds and revises how API is being used in project.
Looks like v44 will also drop all remaining 32-bit Archs. This will be breaking for WebCord.

This PR is WIP patchset to prepare the project for the breaking changes.
