+# Reweights
+
+With each monthly batch, maps are getting reweighted to correct their star ratings.
+Our current reweight policy is as follows:
+- All maps get reweighted once (a month after they are ranked).
+- Maps above 12 stars get reweighted an additional time the month after.
+- Maps above 14 stars get reweighted a third time the third month after they are ranked.
+
+Further there are sometimes global reweights that (potentially) rebalance all maps.
