- New docs/roadmap/README.md: eight capability pillars (P1-P8), sprint conventions, sequencing graph, and the single-release gate. Exactly one release (v0.1.0) ships, only when every pillar is complete, every golden workflow passes by hand on all three platforms, and the maintainer explicitly approves. - New golden workflows GW-1..GW-5 (camera, simple scene end-to-end, corner reshaping & materials, signals, parametric crosswalk assets) as the roadmap's only acceptance mechanism; GW-6 drafted during P8. - ADR-0007 records the reset: checkpoint releases/tags/milestones retired and deleted; open backlog re-mapped into the pillar epics. - Old roadmap corpus (milestone roadmap, gap analysis, seeds, golden scenes, GW-1/GW-2 + v0.4.0 gate, release notes) archived under docs/roadmap/archive/2026-07-pre-reset/ with links rewritten. - product-parity.md: new naming rule — vendor product names never appear anywhere in this repository; scrubbed the remaining mentions across docs, changelog, and one viewport comment. - README: pillar roadmap summary, single-release policy, current capabilities; contributing docs updated to the pillar/label model.
