An independent offensive & defensive security research team.
We build offensive tooling, hunt active threats, reverse engineer malware, and share everything we find.
RaptX runs as two research teams that feed each other. The Offensive side breaks software, hunts vulnerabilities, and builds the tooling to do it. The Defensive side studies how real attacks unfold and turns that into detections defenders can use. Both publish their work in the open — free research meant to help people understand and defend real systems.
Offensive Security Research
- Offensive Tooling — scripts, utilities, and tools that speed up day-to-day vulnerability research.
- CVE Research — hunting for vulnerabilities in real-world software and disclosing them responsibly.
- Research Articles & Blogs — documenting findings, techniques, tools, and lessons learned.
Defensive Security Research
- Threat Hunting — tracking active malware campaigns and threat actors to warn the community.
- Malware Analysis — reverse engineering malicious software and publishing it to public databases.
- Detection Engineering — writing detection rules so defenders can catch active threats.
CVE disclosures, exploit write-ups, and detection rules — all published in the open. Our research lives right here in this org and at raptx.org.
