At the bottom of the man page, it shows some information about the software
command, version, and date. This PR replace the string of "Printed:" with
"Last modified:", the last modified date of the man page.

That is, this PR replaces

  Printed: 2026-07-11                             PnetCDF 1.15.0                                  ncvalidator(1)

with

  Last modified: 2026-07-11                   PnetCDF 1.15.0                                  ncvalidator(1)
