Update adapter packages to 2.0.x latest, ui-dev-cli to 0.6.0, and sync export template versions.
The allowAdapterPrereleases hook rewrites ^X.Y.Z to >=X.Y.Z-0 <(X+1).0.0; update pnpm-lock.yaml specifiers so frozen-lockfile installs pass in CI.
