Run the server with the correct user .
This is a breaking change and is related to the unification of ubuntu/alpine.
This will break the different PV/PVC contents are they historicaly belong to 999:999
Also forcing the runAsNonRoot .
This pull request should only be merged when a release of the new UID/GID is done.
