Rename the root and ACID example
ReadMe.adocfiles toREADME.adoc, and update the documentation links that refer to them. This makes the README naming consistent with other Chronicle repositories without changing Map behaviour.The discussion links a reconstruction in #611. Compare the two before selecting the delivery PR, preserve Jan Sture Nielsen's original contribution, and check the renamed links in the rendered documentation.
