• maybe only grant if the total amount of whitespace changes is small?
• maybe ignore trailing whitespace or indentation changes? (would need to break the BStr into lines)
• maybe exclude this rule by default?
• maybe only grant to each user once?
• maybe grant only to the largest and/or smallest whitespace change in the repo?

This is better with the new AchievementLog, but there might still be some more tuning to do
