What
Emit a
switchyard.privacy.decisionRelay mark before execution. It contains the lane, source, bounded reason code, and optional classifier score and threshold, and survives a later answer failure.Why
The classifier spans show the work; this mark explains which lane was selected.
How tested
84 runner unit tests, 3 runner integration tests, and 31 plugin tests passed, including buffered/streaming private fallback and marks on answer failure.
The complete stack also passed workspace tests, strict clippy (including prefill), formatting, and 187 Python tests. No live provider calls.
Notes for reviewers
Adds read-only
PrivacyDecisionaccessors andRoute::execute_with_privacy_observer(...). Existingexecute(...)stays unchanged. No Python, HTTP endpoint, or native Relay ABI changes.The accompanying internal document describes the complete configuration and current limits.
