- Updated suffixDuration type to boolean | bigint. - Added live duration display logic in Task.sprint(). - Updated README.md documentation. - Added and fixed tests in main.test.ts, ensuring lint and test compliance.

Enhanced the suffixDuration option to support bigint values. If a bigint threshold is provided, the task duration is shown live once it exceeds that value. The option still supports boolean values and ensures duration is shown upon task completion if enabled.
