Flow now builds its login and room pages with Astro, shares page metadata and room components, and bundles all interactive modules as strict TypeScript. The current coastal design, five themes, Supabase data, native WebRTC, Spotify/YouTube, social preview, and CDN hosting are preserved.
GSAP adds restrained entry, dialog, panel, and task feedback with live reduced-motion support. Vercel serves the generated dist output; the existing AI/TURN functions remain unchanged. No database migration is required.
Validation: strict diagnostics (zero errors/warnings/hints), production build, 17 Node checks, and local plus hosted-preview Chromium journeys. Browser coverage includes 500 tasks through five reconciliations, 1,000 incoming messages, 16 simulated partners, synthetic WebRTC and teardown, ten responsive/fullscreen layouts, and interrupted/reduced-motion behavior. Updated CI builds before browser checks and runs types/build/tests on Node 22/24/26, database migrations, and dependency audit.

Physical cross-network media and real multi-account staging checks remain separate from the isolated fixture suite.
