Installer is saying it can't find "Finder.dll. A search shows its not on my system or in C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Programs\EliteG19s where the pervious version is.

Sorry for the late reply, yes the latest Msi EliteG19s.4.2.4039.451

Can you please try with this one? https://apps.magicmau.nl/EliteG19s/EliteG19s.4.2.4055.570.msi ?
And if that doesn't work, try uninstalling the old version manually, then installing this new version. Not ideal, but if somehow there is a version conflict, that should resolve it.

And the previous version is fully uninstalled?

Deleted leftovers folders, MSI installed.
