backend.py singlehandedly contained all the schemas and routers as a result it was very difficult to navigate.
now routers, schemas and services lie in their respective directories clearly distinguishable.
All backend endpoints have also been tested and they report to be working.
Updated the readme to the new repo structure.
Updated contributing.md with better information of the issues and list of improvements
