* Add mqobsidian direct status routes * Delegate mqobsidian promotion through mq-agent * docs(plans): scope Step 12 — compat removal and v1 deletion Add docs/plans/step-12-v1-removal.md: the grounded plan for the final v2.0.0 step. Verified against the code (2026-07-05) that v1's live surface is only the performance/dev/tools entry points, that dev/tools bridge functions have zero live callers (already off v1), and that performance is the one real migration (mq-performance-menu.sh sources v1/commands/performance.sh, 504 LOC). Sequences six workstreams lowest-risk-first, with a golden-snapshot gate before the performance migration and freeze-gate/grep gates before deleting the 24-file v1 tree (incl. its duplicate lib/ui.sh). Plan doc only; no runtime or ROADMAP changes.
