• support-bot - chore(build): add pyproject.toml and externalize version support-bot#485
• ThemerrDB - chore(build): migrate to pyproject.toml ThemerrDB#6390
• .github - docs: migrate to pyproject.toml .github#620
• Sunshine - build(python): migrate to pyproject.toml and bump python to 3.14 Sunshine#4772
• GameDB - test: add tests GameDB#210
• libdisplaydevice - build(python): migrate to pyproject.toml and bump python to 3.14 libdisplaydevice#207
• dashboard - build(python): migrate to pyproject.toml and bump python to 3.14 dashboard#202
• actions - build(python): migrate to pyproject.toml actions#124

These are somewhat archived, but if they return to life will need the same changes.

This is adventageous because it's better supported by tooling like @dependabot, which was not updating some python dependenices in support-bot. Additionally, some tools, like pytest, can be configured directly in the pyproject.toml file instead of external config files or command line. This results in less duplication.
