[module][yaml] Moves sql modules to zone/npc/mob yamls

What does this pull request do?

Changes the now outdated sql modules that do not work anymore into yaml.

Note: These also will also NOT work until #11283 is merged, which is waiting for some upstream yaml changes.

These were tested with the future PR change and they do work.

Steps to test these changes

Add the modules to the init, see them work eventually.
