Hello, my search query (https://www.lmfdb.org/EllipticCurve/?field=2.2.13.1&conductor_norm=4096) results in "No Matches" including the completeness statement: "The results below are complete, since the LMFDB contains all elliptic curves with conductor norm at most 5000 over real quadratic fields with discriminant 497" (I assume you mean "<=497" btw).
The following curve, given in pari code, has conductor norm 2^12=4096 and its base field 2.2.13.1 has discriminant 13. Shouldn't it (or an isomorphic curve) be found by the search query in question?
