The patch removes this pytest warning:

WC1 None [pytest] section in setup.cfg files is deprecated, use
[tool:pytest] instead.

Coverage remained the same at 93.189% when pulling 9f479a2 on felixonmars:tool-pytest into 9c9e337 on Kozea:master.

It seems to break the flake8 python 3.5 ignores on travis

May I suggest that this whole flake8-ignore is now completely unnecessary? Is falke8 still complaining?

- Add patch pytest4.patch to make the test suite compatible with
  pytest4+ (yes, THIS is the only change necessary!).
