ROIs do not scale with figure window

ROI width stays constant regardless of window size. Drawing the same ROI on a fullscreen window or a narrowed window (that look the same) will not adjust the line width when the window is altered.

The issue may be that the ROI width is in absolute units, not relative to the FOV.
