What

Improves the content repo README so it's attractive + machine-understandable to LLM indexers and humans, and fixes stale claims:

  • Lead with the value prop — opens with what instanode.dev is (one-call Postgres/pgvector/Redis/MongoDB/queue/storage + deploy for AI agents, no account/Docker) instead of an internal build-input note.
  • Surface the LLM index — calls out llms.txt (served at /llms.txt), the /.md page mirrors, and /llms-full.txt. This repo is public and exactly what crawlers/agents read.
  • Fix stale layout blockuse-cases/ and docs/ were marked "coming" but both now exist (100+ use cases, 9 docs); use-cases is per-file .md, not .json; added pages/.
  • Reframe instanode-web as the web app repo rather than "the dashboard repo".

Verification

Docs-only. All added links point to instanode.dev, sibling repos, or ./llms.txt (exists in tree) — lychee-safe.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- Open with the instanode.dev value prop (one-call infra for AI agents) and
surface llms.txt / the /.md mirrors so this public repo is discoverable to
LLM indexers and humans, not just an internal build-input note.
- Fix stale layout block: use-cases/ and docs/ now exist (were marked 'coming'),
added pages/; corrected use-cases from .json to per-file .md.
- Reframe instanode-web as the web app repo (not just 'dashboard').
