chore(data): sync lessons.json + refresh feed

Opened by scripts/ci/land_change.py because main requires DCO / Signed-off-by, test (ubuntu-latest, 3.11), gate and audit on every commit that lands there — a direct push from the workflow that produced this change is refused by the ruleset, which reports how many status checks it expected and did not see.

Auto-merge is enabled (squash): GitHub merges this as soon as the required checks are green. Nobody has to be here for it. The branch bot/build-feed is reused by the next run of this job, which force-pushes onto it and updates this pull request rather than opening a second one.

Any of these may be unchanged on its own; this pull request exists because at least one of them moved. docs/data/activity.json is the homepage activity panel's fallback: the panel prefers /api/activity (anonymous, edge-cached for minutes) and reads this file when that route is unreachable, so the file is kept fresh on this three-hourly cadence. docs/data/activity-series.json is the same idea for the trend chart underneath it: the panel prefers /api/activity/history and reads this file when that route is unreachable — and until that route is deployed, this file is the chart's only source, rebuilt from the committed snapshots.
