corpflow moved its worktask state ledger from stages.<CODE> to tasks.<ID> (state.json version 2) after CC 2.1.233 removed the Task System tools on every model it dispatches. This updates the corpflow-facing surface to match: CORPFLOW.md names the new ledger path, and hooks/README.md reflects the audit hook matching Write|Edit|Bash with Bash rows only for ledger patches. See IGRSoft/corpflow#297.
