scikit-learn and hnswlib were implicit transitive dependencies that disappeared when langchain-huggingface was bumped to >=0.3.1. Move them to a new [vector-store] optional extra and lazy-import them inside the methods that use them so the package can be imported without these deps. Add the extra to the dev dependency group so CI tests still exercise it.
