Arch Linux now ships Certbot with Python 3.

Here is my attempt at making the plugin work with Python 3.

Before merging, please note that the code works for me but is untested under Python 2.x.

This upgrade is important for homebrew users (MacOS) too, because certbot is shipped with Python 3 as well (up version 0.20.0).

Anyone from Gandi willing to accept this MR?
As previously reported, the plugin needs Python 3 support for homebrew users and possibly others

Well, we have free automated ssl certificate in the admin interface since month now. The admin will also auto renew the certificate for you so you don't need to do that manually. I'll probably archive this project very soon.
