refactor(ui): unify icons and harden settings states

Summary

• Move remaining shared UI actions to the catalog icon contract and make Design Lab component groups collapsible.
• Harden settings loading, retry, save, destructive-action, and remote workspace identity states with explicit localized feedback.
• Preserve the latest Hello realtime-voice and MiniApp gallery behavior while applying the unified icon and configuration-state contracts.
• Keep the shortcut-remap capability evidence aligned with the final conflict-map implementation.
