Enable shared volume between pipeline steps

Currently, entire pipeline runs in a single step. We need to allow users to add their own intermediate pipeline steps and for that all steps needs to access a shared volume.

Volume cache is enabled. Build jobs are failing due to another reason. I'll close the issue once I have at least one successful build job.
