🚨 Severity: HIGH
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: The default production Content Security Policy (CSP) configurations in crates/http-middleware and crates/app-http permitted 'unsafe-inline' and 'unsafe-eval' in script-src and style-src directives. This essentially negated the XSS protection benefits of CSP in a production environment.
🎯 Impact: An attacker who manages to inject scripts or styles into the application could bypass CSP restrictions, leading to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This could result in session hijacking, unauthorized actions on behalf of the user, or data exfiltration.
πŸ”§ Fix: Removed 'unsafe-inline' and 'unsafe-eval' from the default production CSP in both crates/http-middleware/src/security_headers.rs and crates/app-http/src/middleware/security_headers.rs. The development CSP appropriately retains these directives to ensure local tools and HMR still function. Additionally, logged this critical learning regarding configuration drift in .jules/sentinel.md.
βœ… Verification: Ran the full test suites for http-middleware and app-http as well as cargo xtask check, ensuring all automated assertions (which verify that the production CSP is strict and the dev CSP remains permissive) successfully pass.

πŸ‘‹ Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.

When you start a review, I'll add a πŸ‘€ emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down.

I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job!

For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with @jules. You can find this option in the Pull Request section of your global Jules UI settings. You can always switch back!

Review limit reached

@EffortlessSteven, we couldn't start this review because you've reached your PR review rate limit.

More reviews will be available in 50 minutes and 44 seconds. Learn how PR review limits work.

Your organization has used up its prepaid credits, and credit purchases are no longer available. Enable the review add-on in the billing tab to keep reviews running β€” you're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

βŒ› How to resolve this issue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based credits.

🚦 How do rate limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please see our Fair Usage Limits Policy for further information.
