The version bump renames the generated bazel crate repositories in consumers (e.g. zvt_feig_terminal-1.0.1), so stale cached repo contents keyed by the 1.0.0 name cannot be served for the new API. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Dima Dorezyuk <ddo@qwello.eu>
