drmemory, drstrace, ... all no longer work on Windows 32bit

Describe the bug
drmemory, drstrace, ... all no longer work on Windows 32bit. They all crash, long before any command line options can be processed

To Reproduce
Just run any dr*-tool:

drmemory.exe /?
Segmentation fault
drstrace.exe /?
Segmentation fault
drstrace.exe -h
Segmentation fault
