Updates the BFF samples to the patched BFF security releases.
BFF samples: newest patched release in each major version
BFF/v4(Directory.Packages.props): 4.2.0 -> 4.3.1BFF/v3: 3.1.0 -> 3.1.1, and 3.0.0 -> 3.1.1 forOpenApianddockerBFF/v2: 2.3.0 -> 2.3.1IdentityServer samples that use BFF (patch on the same minor version)
IdentityServer/v7andIdentityServer/v8(Directory.Packages.props): 4.2.0 -> 4.2.1Only the
Duende.BFF*package versions change.
