Brings the toolchain to the versions Dependabot proposes in #39/#40, on top of the vite 7 / vitest 4 security bump. Vite 8 bundles with rolldown; build output keeps the relative ./ base. Node requirement is unchanged (20.19+ / 22.12+). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012ogkkoq4TrDQskE34iXVzx

Summary
Follow-up to #41. Takes the toolchain to the versions Dependabot proposes in #39/#40 (vite 8.3.2, vitest 5.0.3), but on top of current
main. Those PRs' lockfiles predate #41 and conflict with it. After this merges, #36, #37, #39 and #40 are all superseded.Related issue

Compatibility and risks
The bundler changes from Rollup to Rolldown. Output was checked for the relative base, but the desktop app (
npm run tauri build) was not built here, and nobody clicked through the bundle in a browser. Worth a quick smoke test of the built app before the next release.Final checklist
