The release bump moved the package.json versions but not the lockfile's copy of them. The release runbook now says to run bun install with the bump.

The 0.24.0 bump left
bun.lockrecording the two workspace packages at 0.24.0-rc.2. Nothing checks it, so CI stayed green. This refreshes the lockfile and adds abun installstep to the release runbook.
