Adds a guardrail page for pith, a self-hosted, keyless output-token optimizer that runs as a LiteLLM guardrail (
pith.guardrail.PithGuardrail,mode: [pre_call, post_call]). It records usage per route and, once an offline sweep with an LLM judge has shown a shorter output profile to be equivalent to the baseline, appends that instruction to the last user message. Streaming is supported; it fails open; replays bypass the guardrail withX-Optimizer: bypass.Page:
docs/proxy/guardrails/pith.md, plus a sidebar entry next to the other third-party guardrails. Install ispip install pith-optimizer(on PyPI). Source and benchmarks: https://github.com/dex0shubham/pith.
