WebDAV to Synology authenticates but fails to access folder. #594

Description

Describe the bug
I am trying to use the WebDAV script with the default WebDAV server on Synology. I am able to connect to this WebDAV folder using a different client on a different device, but this one is throwing an error when testing the connection saying "The server accepted the login but forbade the request (403). Check that this account may write to that folder." When I check the log, it says "PROPFIND on the base url answered 403".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set up WebDAV on a Synology Server (using default port of 5006 for https)
  2. Add the WebDAV details to config/webdav.json ({"url":"https://<IP>:5006/webdav/lightmaster","user":"<username>","password":"<password>"}
  3. Run the script and let it set up the server from this.
  4. Tell the script to test the connection.

Expected behavior
This webdav client should be able to connect, as another client is able to connect to the same folder using the same url, username, and password.

Switch:

  • Entrypoint: modchip
  • System version: 21.2.0|AMS 1.11.2|E
  • Checkpoint version: 5.2.0
  • SD Card Filesystem: Probably FAT32 or exFAT. Don't remember and it's not relevant to this WebDAV error.
  • Result code (if available): PROPFIND on the base url answered 403

    I updated a new version of the webdav script on the repo. You can download it and test it by yourself without needing to recompile Checkpoint to confirm if the issue is solved.
