chore: Relicense plugin to Apache License 2.0 - #12
Merged
Merged
Conversation
Replaces the MIT license with the full Apache-2.0 text and aligns every in-repo license declaration: plugin manifest, README, and the license: frontmatter and attribution lines covering IGRSoft-authored content. Third-party attribution is unchanged — NOTICE files, upstream author credits, and vendored dependencies keep their original licenses.

Motivation
Closes #11.
The plugin was distributed under MIT. Apache License 2.0 is the target license: it adds an explicit patent grant and a formal contribution clause, and it matches the license already used by the sibling
ai-engineerplugin.Changes
LICENSEreplaced with the full Apache-2.0 text, appendix filled with the IGR Software copyright linelicensefield set toApache-2.0in the plugin manifest (andmarketplace.jsonwhere present)license:frontmatter and IGRSoft attribution lines updated on plugin-authored contentNotes
Third-party attribution is deliberately untouched: NOTICE files, upstream author credits, and vendored dependencies keep their original licenses. Relicensing derivatives of permissively licensed upstreams under Apache-2.0 is allowed so long as the original copyright notices are retained, which they are.
JSON manifests were re-validated after the edit.
