NVlabs/curobo has transitioned to v2, introducing breaking API changes.
Previously, the Dockerfile cloned the latest curobo HEAD, which made builds non-reproducible and potentially incompatible with the legacy API used in this project.
This PR pins curobo to commit d64c4b005459db10c5dd867d8b30a87d5bda9bdb, ensuring stable and compatible builds.
