Pressing back in config menu sends you back to welcome page instead of controls UI

To Reproduce Bug

Pressing back in config menu sends you back to welcome page instead of controls UI

Expected Behavior

Pressing back should take you back to controls UI instead of the welcome page I would expect, though this could be intended?- Close if so.
