Vue UI Components for Windows and OSX

I had an earlier plan that make Photon (https://github.com/connors/photon) Vue component. It might be the vue-desktop or vue-photon.

But what confused me is how I make it. Should I rewrite all the style? Or just use photon's stylesheet?

How do you think about it.

I would just use photons stylesheet so it's less of a pain to bring in changes from Photon.
