[Enhancement]: Switchable Sync Status Block Header Info in Node and Control Page

Describe the enhancement

• Make it possible to switch from the percentage to a block header view on the Node page by clicking the sync status percentage
• Make it possible to switch from the percentage to a block header view on the Control page by clicking the sync status component
• Adapt the Footer to show the "reverse" info
