Fix TypeScript config errors and improve website UI

- Add composite: true to all referenced TypeScript projects (api, ai, types, ui)
- Fix text visibility by adding gray, yellow, and red color mappings to Tailwind config
- Improve SessionModeSelector card alignment with flexbox for equal heights
- Add Fastify type declarations for better TypeScript support
- Remove obsolete page-original.tsx file

This resolves TypeScript project reference errors and ensures all text is visible on the website with proper visual alignment between mode selection cards.
