What

Ground-up rewrites of two popular community plugins on the AgentPlugins universal manifest, targeting Tier-1 functional parity. Work happens in the cloned sibling repos (already available):

• ../agentplugins-ponytail

ponytail

Skills + lifecycle hooks + commands, with subagentStart from item 3.1.

• Author agentplugins.config.ts
• Reuse hooks/*.js via command handlers
• Build to all Tier-1 (+ Tier-2 best-effort)
• Confirm functional parity across Tier-1
• Run ponytail's promptfoo benchmark unchanged
• Prefer upstream PR to ponytail repo; fallback: bridge repo

caveman

Skills + agents[] cavecrew + mcpServers shrink.

• Author manifest
• Drop the 850-line installer for agentplugins add
• Confirm cavecrew + shrink resolve across all Tier-1

Gate

Both rewrites must be green before v0.3.0 tag so the ecosystem page (3.6) links working installs.
