[Bug] Verified ROM checkmark shows on non hash matched roms

Describe the bug
The "verified ROM" checkmark appears on ROMs that have not been verified.

To Reproduce

1. Add a 7z compressed version of "Astro Boy - Omega Factor (Europe) (En,Ja,Fr,De,Es,It)" to your gba collection
2. Visit its page.

Additional context
7z rom hashing seems to be currently broken, hashing the archive instead of the rom it contains, which is why this example file did not have a hash match. See #3808
