Steps to Reproduce

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Tap on the 'Search' button.
2. Enter any character in the search bar and perform the search.
3. Select any activity from the search results.
4. Tap on the 'Delete' button to attempt to delete the selected activity.
5. Notice that the activity still exists in the list or diary.

Expected behavior

The expected behavior is that after selecting an activity from search results and clicking the delete button, the activity should be permanently removed from the diary or list.
