Automatically activate pyros-setup configuration at import

Currently to activate, a user must

import pyros_setup
pyros_setup.configurable_import().configure().activate()

Wouldnt it be better to just

import pyros_setup

and have pyros-setup itself automatically activate the configuration using the system configuration ?
And what about #31 ?
