Release with vulnerable deps update

Hello!

Is there a release policy in Nuclei? The current latest stable version (v3.11.0) uses a dependency on the github.com/getkin/kin-openapi library, version v0.132.0, which has several known vulnerabilities (GHSA-r277-6w6q-xmqw and GHSA-jpcw-4wr7-c3vq). As far as I can see, this dependency has already been updated in the default (dev) branch (to version v0.144.0).

Is there any way to know when a new version is expected? Thank you!
