Adding columns names when copying multiple cells from the data grid is annoying, not helpful

As per the title, I want to provide the feedback that it's not helpful to add the column names when copying multiple cells from the data grid. It would be nice to have a setting to include the column names or not.

To elaborate, I want to sometimes copy values from the grid to a Google sheet, but I already have a sheet so I'm only copying the exact cells I'm copying, not creating a completely new sheet where having the column names would be helpful.
